You’ve heard about the plans for the new basketball center, but this month, Chris Hill talks about another exciting project on campus, construction of the Eccles Student Life Center. The new life center is student-funded and “it’s got everything,” including a rock climbing wall, swimming pool, and indoor track. The center will open in 2015, attract more students to campus, and keep students on campus longer.
Basketball beat a top-25 team, and women’s basketball won three of their last four. Gymnastics started the year with three straight wins, and skiing kicked off the year with two top-two finishes. Swimming and Diving took down BYU, and the tennis teams recorded some upsets. January was a good month!
